Beware of Patrick
I discovered this little piece of paper on the cafeteria floor today. I find it incredibly hilarious.
We also happen to be studying poetry in second grade. The creative leap wasn't that hard to make and this silly little thing was quick to take form in my head.
Beware of Patrick
Patrick is the leader,
(Patrick knows the code.)
He made our secret hideout
At the end of Possum Road.
We're chasing all the girls
And picked on Skinny Paul.
(I told him later on
I didn't mean it after all.)
Patrick makes the rules
And now I wonder why
He's the one who's boss...
(He's not a real nice guy.)
So, listen to me now
And meet behind the shed.
We're going to make a new club
And I'm in charge instead.
We're inviting all the girls
And here is our friend Paul.
Let's write some secret notes
And sign them with a skull.
Beware of that kid Patrick.
(It's what our notes will say.)
But I guess that he can join us--
If he really wants to play.

Hmmm
I fussed around with my blog on the WordPress dashboard and I've borked it in a bad way. Sorry it's a total mess.
Update: Narrowed it down to something that Safari can't understand, Firefox loads the page fine.
Update 2: Found it! Whew. The truth about free time
It's been an interesting week off from school. I realized as I wandered into a messy room in our cluttered apartment, immediately giving a loud pathetic sigh upon my entrance, that vacation actually makes me miserable. I'm going to try and spend some time now hashing out why that is.
Blog it up Kris, (I’m about to)
I still have to put in hours for Target but essentially I'm on a break from school and therefore on vacation. I'm surprising myself by spending my free time making this site a place worth visiting again. Tonight's project was making the About Heath page relevant again. I put up some very old webcomics so it's worth a look.

Stand up, please
I really appreciate the extra attention my blog is getting thanks to the successful Sacandaga String Band show we had over the weekend. A lot of Googling is making you find your way here and you're welcome to look around.
But, look at these stats... does something seem out of place to you?
'Fess up. I'm blaming Jason until you do.
The Complete Heathernet Discography
As I promised I will post some neat projects that I worked on in December now that it... is... mid February. Heh. Whoops.
Many of you probably have some stray MP3s in your iTunes (or what have you) and I cooked up just the accessory. Album covers!
And did you know I'm close friends with someone on an arena rock tour? You can join the street team with this promotional flyer. Wink, wink.
Enjoy the toys!
Oh, and if anyone wants to hire me for my mediocre Photoshop skills, well, you're more than welcome to.
