The Christmas Admittance

I hide from this holiday every year. Maybe I’ve been scarred for life by holiday retail. I suppose I’ll revisit that theory tomorrow when I report for my first day of work at Target tomorrow. As Jordan and I were saying to each other last night, maybe one day Christmas and the holidays will be a time to look forward to again. That time of gathering and love that the day of Christmas still rings as true instead of the month of wanting and money sucking that the month of December has become. Until then, to expedite some of your stress and alleviate some of mine, here is my Christmas list:

Listen, I like music, music is good. I suppose recently I’ve been trying to shore up my grunge and post-grunge collection. Albums from Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, and Smashing Pumpkins are all good for this purpose. Or, you know, I don’t have the Dixie Chicks latest album either. There aren’t that many wrong answers here.
